Generally, we can suppress ocean freight to low by the full Container vessel.
Of course, it is necessary to put the freight in the Container.
However, comparing with RORO ship, there are Various Additions Costs
as Vanning and Devanning, sometime the freight is nessessary to assemble it
where the destination.
